Division structure and management
The UFC has eight men’s divisions and three active women’s divisions. Alexander the Great became a legendary hero who was a successful military commander. He was the son of Philip II and Olympias, and he was tutored by the philosopher Aristotle from age 13 to 16. He created a vast empire that stretched from Macedonia to Egypt, and he died in Babylon, Mesopotamia, in 323 BC. His military achievements made him a touchstone against which many later military leaders would judge themselves.
